Health Tourism Authorisation — Turkish Ministry of Health
What it is
An official authorisation (through the Ministry of Health's health-tourism / “Healin” system) that legally permits the clinic to treat international patients. To receive it, a clinic must meet strict standards for facilities, equipment, staff qualifications and patient safety.
Why it matters
This is the single most important credential in health tourism. A government body has vetted the clinic and continuously monitors it to treat foreign patients — you are not in the hands of an unregulated middleman.
TÜV Quality Certificate
What it is
TÜV is one of the world's most respected independent German inspection and certification bodies. This certificate confirms the clinic's quality-management and hygiene processes have been audited against international standards by a neutral third party.
Why it matters
It is independent proof, not a self-claim. A globally recognised auditor has verified how the clinic manages hygiene, sterilisation and patient safety — assurance that goes far beyond marketing words.
Tourism Operation Licence
What it is
An official licence authorising the organisation to legally provide travel and tourism services such as airport transfers and accommodation coordination.
Why it matters
Your travel, VIP transfers and hotel arrangements are handled by a licensed, insured operation — organised properly, not informally on the side.
Professional Competency Certificate
What it is
Official documentation of the treating team's professional qualifications and licence to practise dentistry.
Why it matters
It confirms your treatment is performed by licensed, formally qualified dental professionals — the people working on your smile are certified to do so.
