Why the gap only matters on a full arch
On a single tooth you might save a thousand euros, and that is not a reason to travel. On a full arch it is five to twenty thousand, and the arithmetic changes entirely. That is exactly why All-on-4 and All-on-6 are the treatments people actually fly for. Flights and accommodation barely register against a difference that size — and both are already inside our package.
What All-on-4 actually is
A complete arch is anchored on four implants, angled so they make the most of the bone you already have, often removing the need for a separate bone graft. A fixed bridge sits on top. All-on-6 uses six implants, which can be the better choice where bone loss is greater or biting forces are high. Which one suits you is decided by your scan, not by price — and we tell you before you travel.
How the treatment runs
You send a panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan, we review it and prepare a written plan with a fixed price. On site come the assessment, the surgery and the temporary bridge, normally across five to seven nights. After a healing period of a few months the final bridge is fitted, which needs a short second visit. Anyone who does not mention that second visit is selling you something that does not exist.
What the price covers — and what it does not
Included: assessment, implants, the bridge from our own laboratory, hotel and VIP transfers. Not included: your flight. If it turns out you need a bone graft or a sinus lift, you hear it before you travel rather than in the chair — the fixed price is already in writing by then.
Honest about the limits
Turkish prices are lower because wages, rent and laboratory costs are lower, not because corners are cut on materials. Even so, this is surgery with a healing period and follow-up care. If your case would genuinely be better handled at home — complex medical history, or a need for close monitoring — we will say so.

All-on-4 is designed specifically to use the bone you already have, so grafting can often be avoided. We can see whether that applies to you from your X-ray, and we tell you before you travel.
＋What if something goes wrong later?
The warranty documents are in your name. Write to us in your own language and we handle it under the warranty. For small adjustments we also work with your dentist at home.
