What is Digital Smile Design?
DSD is a planning protocol that uses photographs, video and a digital scan to design your smile in software. Your dentist maps the ideal tooth shape, length and symmetry against your lips, gums and facial proportions, so the final result looks made for you rather than a generic set of white teeth.

The biggest advantage is certainty. A digital preview — and, where helpful, a trial mock-up in your mouth — lets you see and adjust the design before any tooth is touched. You travel knowing what you are getting, and the laboratory works to an exact, approved plan.
