Why All-on-6 costs more — everywhere

Two more implants, more surgical time, and in many clinics abroad a higher lab fee for the longer bridge — All-on-6 runs 15–20% above All-on-4 whether you have it in Amsterdam or Kuşadası. That gap stays roughly proportional, which is why the saving from travelling is still just as large in absolute euros, sometimes larger.

When All-on-6 is actually worth the extra cost

All-on-6 earns its price when the upper jaw's softer bone needs more support, when your bite is strong, or when the bridge is long and benefits from load spread across six points rather than four. It is not automatically 'better' — All-on-4 is the right, economical choice when your bone and bite don't need the extra two implants. Your CBCT scan is what decides, not a sales pitch.

How the treatment runs

You send a CBCT scan or panoramic X-ray, we review it and prepare a written plan with a fixed price for All-on-6 (or tell you honestly if All-on-4 would do). On site come the assessment, the surgery and a fixed temporary bridge, normally across five to seven nights. After a healing period of a few months the final zirconia or hybrid bridge is fitted, which needs a short second visit.

What the price covers — and what it does not

Included: assessment, the six implants, the bridge from our own laboratory, hotel and VIP transfers. Not included: your flight. If a minor bone graft or sinus lift turns out to be needed, you hear it before you travel, not in the chair — the fixed price is already in writing by then.

Honest about the limits

Turkish prices are lower because wages, rent and laboratory costs are lower, not because corners are cut on materials — the implant brands and bridge materials are the same premium systems used in Western clinics. This is still surgery with a healing period and follow-up care. If your case would genuinely be better handled at home — complex medical history, or a need for close monitoring — we say so rather than booking you in anyway.

＋Is All-on-6 always better than All-on-4?

No. All-on-6 adds support that matters for some jaws — typically the upper jaw, a strong bite, or a longer bridge — and costs more for implants you may not need. Your CBCT scan decides which is right for you, not which one costs more.

＋How long do I need to stay?

Five to seven nights for the surgery and temporary bridge. After a healing period of a few months, a short second visit is needed for the final bridge.

＋Is the quality comparable to home?

We use premium implant systems (Straumann Group, Neodent) and produce the bridge in our own on-site laboratory. The clinic is authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Health and holds international quality certificates. Warranties are issued in writing in your name.

＋Will I need a bone graft for All-on-6?

Often not — the angled-implant technique makes the most of your existing bone, and the two extra implants in All-on-6 already help compensate for softer bone, particularly in the upper jaw. Your CBCT scan shows exactly what's needed, and we tell you before you travel, not after.

＋What if something goes wrong later?

The warranty documents are in your name. Write to us in your own language and we handle it under the warranty. For small adjustments we also work with your dentist at home.
